Why isn't my gallery on the public portfolio?
Private galleries are accessed through the direct link sent in your delivery email. They do not appear in the public gallery directory. Request your link if you need it resent.
Where do I download my photographs?
Open your gallery in ShootProof and use the download options available for your session. A PIN, email verification, or specific image selection may be required, depending on the delivery settings.
Can I book from this website?
Yes. Every booking button takes you to the KIMG ShootProof booking page, where you can view the available session types and follow the booking steps.
